Cyclorama Wall
Put your subjects in the best light possible by utilizing our cyclorama wall, also referred to as an Infinity Wall or Cyc Wall.
The brightness of the wall helps by dispersing the light more evenly across the studio and virtually eliminating shadows. Since we routinely maintain it, you can be ensured that you will snag that perfect shot.
Post-production edits are a breeze with the cyclorama wall. Whether you are wanting to add special effects after or just need to manipulate some photos with a little cropping the wall makes it quick and easy.
The cyclorama wall dimensions are 12’ high by 19’ wide and 15’ deep with 36-degree curves.

Dressing Rooms
You’ll have your choice of utilizing a large multi-person dressing room for those bigger jobs and a smaller single-person dressing room for a more private experience. Both dressing rooms have sizeable mirrors, the larger dressing room has two hair/make-up stations while the smaller one has a single-person station. Dressing rooms come equipped with height adjustable hair/make-up chairs and styling tools.

Photography Gear
Studio Symbiotic is a fully equipped studio with most everything you need within arms reach. Five strobes, multiple diffusion options, universal trigger/remote light control is just the beginning of what we carry. All our gear is regularly inspected and maintained.

Backdrops
We have multiple backdrops and backdrop styles for whatever your photo session requires, whether it's portraits or product shots. We most likely have something to give your shots that perfect feel.

The goal of Studio Symbiotic is to create a place that allows creativity to flourish. A place where photographers can feel relaxed and have the tools and environment that lets their creativity flow. We take care of making sure you have a clean and stocked location, gear that is maintained, charged, and always ready to go, so that you can focus on setting up and taking the perfect shots.
Nestled in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, Studio Symbiotic is conveniently located between the 10 and 210 freeways and not far from the 605 and 57 freeways in Covina. Situated in downtown Covina means that you will have access to local hot spots including a variety of restaurants, fun bars, coffee shops, and many other businesses.

Powell Camera Shop - Only a few doors down is Powell Camera Shop. If there is some gear you need, expert advice, or photography services, Powell should have you covered
Lincoln House - Our only direct neighbor, The Lincoln House bar and restaurant offers up artisan food, crafted cocktails, 500+ whiskeys and a cool atmosphere
Rad Coffee - Need that caffeine boost? Then there is no cooler coffee house than Rad Coffee

Studio Symbiotic is pretty much a “what is ours is yours” studio. For the most part everything is available for you when you use the studio. The only exceptions are cameras and lenses that are available for rent. To see a list of the primary gear available visit our gear list.

We are currently curating a portfolio of models and stylist together available for shoots. Please inquire with us if this is a need you have. If you are looking for an assistant for the day of the shoot, a Studio Symbiotic employee can be available at an hourly rate.
